Brussels Sprout Slaw

Ingredients
2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh 1 stalk Green Onion .5 cup, grated Carrots, about 1/2 small carrot.25 cup, diced Celery10 Sugar Snap Peas (approx)
Directions
Remove stalk end and any tough outer leaves, rinse, and chop sprouts very finely. Finely grate carrot, dice celery and peas.
Add favorite dressing if desired. I used 1-2 Tbsp (homemade) cranberry sauce instead of dressing- calculated separately.

Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2 cup servings
