Oven Fried Chicken Legs

Ingredients
For each leg:1 Chicken Leg1/4 cup of progresso bread crumbsParmesan Cheese (grated) 1 tbsSkim Milk (enough to cover the chicken)Pam Cooking SprayBlack Pepper (Fresh ground to taste)
Directions
Preheat Oven 375
Coat a shallow glass baking pan with Cooking Spray

Soak defrosted chicken legs at least 15 minutes. Blend together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and pepper.
Coat the chicken legs with the mixture.
Spray top of chicken lightly with cooking spray

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
