Baby bok choy & pasta stir fry

Ingredients
3.0 cup Bok Choy, raw-shreaded1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)4.0 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)2.0 clove Garlic6.0 tsp Ginger Root3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Maple Syrup2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil2.0 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
Directions
Wash baby bok choy & chop into quarters & set aside. In a small bowl, mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, and red chili pepper & set aside. Boil pasta according to directions In a saucepan on medium heat pour sauce in and cook 1-2 minutes. Add bok choy and green onion, mixing well. Reduce heat to low and add noodles. Toss to mix and heat through.
