Ingredients
36.0 oz Beef, top sirloin3.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared672.0 Grams Potato, raw280.0 Grams Carrots, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw2.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted3.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce0.25 cup Tomato Paste0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour4.0 tbsp (C) Vinegar, Red Wine (Gr Value)
Directions
Flour beef, saute in oil and butter. Set aside and saute carrots celery onion. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, stock. Seasoning of choice. Add beef back. Cover and set in 325° oven for and hour minimum. Cut potatoes to 1 inch chunks. Add to stew pot and leave in oven another hour and a half.
