10.0 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast2.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh1.0 medium Carrots, raw0.75 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts)1.0 serving corn, steam fresh mini corn on the cob2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 tbsp Dynasty 100% Pure Sesame Seed Oil2.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil3.0 tbsp Soy Sauce3.0 tsp Ginger Root3.0 clove Garlic
Stir fry the chicken first in some vegetable oil with ginger and garlic. Remove from work. Stir fry vegetables to desired tenderness. Return the chicken to the wok and add the cabbage. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
