Tomato-Basil Pita Sandwich

Ingredients
1 medium red tomato1 pita pocket bread, 6 1/2 inch diameter2 oz mozzerella cheese, sliced3/4 c. romaine lettuce, shredded2 medium-large fresh basil leaves
Directions
Cut tomato into 1/4" slices. Slice cheese to fit pita. Prepare lettuce and basil.

Cut pita bread into 2 halves, toast in toaster. Layer into the warm pita: cheese, basil, tomato, and then lettuce.

Optional additions (you have to add as a custom food):
1 T fat-free or light ranch dressing
2 slices turkey bacon
