0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 0.5 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Baking Soda .75 cup, mashed Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar 0.25 cup Whole milk 2 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.33 cup, chopped Walnuts
Preheat air fryer to 310 deg.. Coat 6" cake pan or mini loaf pan bottoms and sides with cooking spray. Whisk flour, cinnamon, salt, nuts and baking soda in bowl. In separate bowl combine bananas, eggs (slightly beaten), sugar, milk , oil and vanilla. Fold banana mixture and dry ingredients, pour in pan, cook in fryer about 30 minutes or when middle is dry. Transfer to wire rack to cool removing from pan in 15 mins.
