Best Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
2 oz Salt Pork (cured pork) 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 16 oz Cod (fish) 4 oz Shrimp, raw 4 oz Scallops, raw .5 cup Milk, canned, evaporated
Directions
Saute salt pork and onion until browned. Add cubed potatoes and 2 cups water. Bring to boil and add fish. Simmer about 15 minutes, add shrimp and scallops and cook 5 minutes. Add evaporated milk and heat thoroughly, serve immediately with crusty french bread and a glass of white wine! (not included in calorie count)
