Keto broccoli and Cheese soup

Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Butter, salted5.0 cup Brocolli raw4.0 tbsp Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese, plain0.05 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour10.0 oz Cheese, Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese (Yellow & White)0.25 cup Milk, 3.25%2.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw2.0 clove Garlic
Directions
Begin by sauteeing the garlic and celery in the butter. Add 4 cups of chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add in 4 tablespoons of cream cheese let melt and blend. Add in broccoli reduce Heat and simmer until broccoli is soft. Increase heat to medium add in cheddar mix until melted. Sift in 1 tbsp flour to thicken bring back to a boil stir and reduce to a simmer until desired consistency is achieved.
