Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken - Boneless & Skinless Breast (4 ounces) 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Oregano, ground 12 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" lo Asparagus, fresh 4 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Cut a pocket in each breast
Sprinkle chicken with seasoning
*Italian seasoning was not in ingredient list so used oregano
Place 3 sprigs of asparagus, 1 diced up tomato and a slice of cheese in each "pocket"
Close and secure with a toothpick
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
Sear until nicely golden brown, about 3-5 min per side
Bake 15-20 min, till done
