Ingredients
6 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 12 oz Cumberland Gap Ham Steak (3 oz / 84g) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .5 Tsp Black Pepper(No Salt)
Directions
Brown ham in a large skillet, add cabbage and stir occasionally until the cabbage is somewhat crisp, but done. Do not overcook the cabbage.
Serve Hot
