1 pound Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat 1 large Onions, chopped 2 TBS Spice World - Minced Garlic 2 cans ROTEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 2 cups Pureed Tomatoes 2 cups mashed Zucchini 2 cups Homemade vegetable stock (by ABOGLESBEE) 1 package Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 TBS Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium) 2 cans Pinto Bean 2 cans White Canneloni Beans
Brown beef, onions and garlic in a stock pot. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 or 3 hours.
