Low Carb Protein Brownies

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Oil1 Stick Butter1 1/2 C. Splenda1 tsp. Vanilla Extract2 Eggs1/3 C. Cocoa1/2 C. Vanilla Protein Powder1/4 tsp. baking powder1/8 tsp. salt1/4 C. Milk
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8"x8" pan.
Melt Butter. Add Splenda and vanilla. Add eggs and beat with a spoon. Add cocoa. Add protein powder, baking powder and salt. Mix well. Add oil and milk. Mix well. Put in baking dish. Bake 20 or unil toothpick comes out clean.

    I used applesauce instead of oil. 3 egg whites,no yolk. no salt. Vegan Butter(Much Less fat and calories and bakes up the SAME). 1/8 c. almond milk instead of milk, baked them in cupcake liners..cut the calories down to 76 EACH! makes 14 cupcakes!

    These were really good! They are thick and cakelike. Watch the time, 18 mins was a little long in my oven. No guilt in these brownies, even my kids loved them! - 1/15/09
