Ingredients
1lb of dry kidney beans1lb of lean ground beef2 cups of tomatoe sauce1 package of McCormick seasoning1 cup bell pepper1 1/4 cup onion1 can sweet yellow corn.
Directions
Take 1 pound of dry kidney beans and soak for 6 hours.
After six hours turn the beans on medium to hi to boil adding seasoning salt to the water.
Chop veggies while in mean time, brown ground beef and add chopped veggies, seasoning, and tomatoe sauce. Bring to low simmer to combine all flavors.
once beans are tender add the ground beef mixture and let simmer for 30 minutes.

Tastes great with corn tortillas and cheese or just by itself.
