Ingredients
1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh 1 cup slices Carrots, cooked 1 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 cup, diced Ham, extra lean, (5% fat) 4 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved
Directions
fry 4 slices of bacon
add mirepox
add ham
add cabbage
bring to a boil and turn down to med, cook 1 hour.
