16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 15 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Crushed Tomatoes 4 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup 3 cup, diced Celery, cooked 2 cup slices Carrots, cooked 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 4 clove Garlic
Brown beef, add chopped veggies and cook 10 min. Att tomatoes, broth, spices and simmer 20-30 minutes til veggies soft. Serve over noodles or rice or whatever pleases you.
