Ingredients
2 serving poached EGG - large 1 serving Whole wheat toast 3 oz (s) Avocados, raw0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Toast bread. While bread is toasting, boil water for two poached eggs. When water comes to a boil remove pot from burner and add two eggs to water. Turn the heat down and simmer poached eggs for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Spread avocado on toast. Place drained poached egg on top of toast and sprinkle with cheese. Serving Size: 1 piece
