Ingredients
12 oz Catelli Butcher's Blend Meatball & Meatloaf mix (by PATRISH64) 16 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round] 0.5 fl oz Milk, 1% 1 serving Bread, Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 1 slice 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.20 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Soak the bread in the milk and squeeze out before adding the soggy bread, panade, to the ground meat. Chop the onions, add everything together in large enough bowl and knead by hand. Cook on a sprayed cookie sheet in a 350deg Fahr oven for 12 minutes before turning, then cook another 12 minutes.
