6.0 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)0.1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour1.0 serving Egg white, large0.12 cup Milk, 1%0.2 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
Directions
Make an assembly line. Flower your pork after pounding it then, then in the egg white with a splash of milk and then in the breadcrumbs. Saute until cooked through.
