Easy Creamy Potatoe Salad

Ingredients

1 lb red potatoes1/3 cup fat free mayo1/4 fat free zesty italian dressing1 large hard boiled egg
Cut potatoes into bite size pieces (or any size you prefer). Boil for approximately 15 minutes or until tender. Make sure you don't overcook them as you don't want them to fall apart. Once cooked, rinse potatoes with cold water until cool.
While potatoes are cooling, mix remaining ingredients. Once potatoes are completely cool, dry them on paper towels and mix with mayo mixutre. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill.
Serves 4-6 at 3/4 cup per serving
