Sandy's Tator Tot Egg Cassarole

Ingredients
10 oz Colby Cheese 0.50 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 10 serving Tator Tots (10 tots) 6 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
Directions
Use enough tator tots to cover the bottom of a 9x12 pan. Beat eggs and milk. Pour over tator tots. Crumble 12 slices of bacon and spread over eggs, shred cheese and sprinkle over bacon. Back at 350-375 until eggs are done - around 45 minutes
