Almond Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
1 stick Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 37 tbsp great value almond flour 63 grams Swerve Confectioners Sugar Replacement (by SHAWNAMG)
Directions
Soften 1 stick of butter. Sift 2 1/3 cups finely milled almond flour and add to butter. Add 7 tablespoons Swerve Confectioner's style sugar-free sweetner. Add 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp salt. Mix on high until dough begins to form together. Measure out tablespoon size balls and place on parchment paper on large cookie sheet. i can get all 24 on one sheet. Make criss cross marks with fork. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until light golden brown.
