Chicken and avocado salsa

4 skinless boneless chicken breasts1 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper2 tablespoons olive oil1 medium red onion, finely chopped2 tablespoons lime juice1 Haas avocado, pitted and cut into chunkssalt and pepper to taste
Combine onion and lime juice in a medium bowl and set aside.
Combine the cayenne, salt and pepper in a small bowl and then rub on both sides of the chicken breasts. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and swirl with olive oil. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until browned, about 8-10 minutes per side.
Meanwhile, add avocado to onion mixture, folding in gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, plate chicken and top with salsa. One serving equals one chicken breast and 1/4 of the salsa.
