Tuscan Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw, chopped2 clove Garlic 1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato-small cubes1 cup Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 5 oz Lentils, Madras, Tasty Bite package1 cup, fresh chopped Kale 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 14 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
Directions
Saute chopped onion in Avocado oil on medium heat. Add ground beef and fry until browned. Add all other chopped vegetables, pkg.of lentils and ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender and liquid is reduced to the amount of soup ones that you enjoy. Salt and pepper to taste. Serving Size: Makes 8-1 cup servings
