32 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder 1 stick Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 tbsp Stevia Blend for Baking (by AUDMKAMP)
Soften 1 stick of butter in a large bowl. Add 2 cups PBFit peanut butter powder, 1/4 cup spoonable Stevia and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix until dough forms or until you are able to make balls with your hands. Divide dough into 24 small balls. (I use a scale to measure each ball for equal sizing but you can eyeball it if you want.) Place balls on parchment paper and flatten with a glass cup dipped into water to keep from sticking or do the traditional criss-cross pattern. Bake about 10-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
