Pancakes: Easy, vegan, protein-packed!

1/2 c. pancake mix, most are vegan! 1/4 c. soy isolate protein powder 1 tbsp plant-based butter salt - optional
Carefully blend water and protein powder, then add pancake mix adding more water if needed.
over med-low heat, melt tiny nubs of butter on the saute pan, shake salt on that, then pour to size. If using chocolates or berries place them on top of pancake now. After bubbles have risen and the pancakes look like solid beings flip onto a buttered and salted spot on the pan and cook until it moves easily and resembles amber lace.
Serving Size: Makes 14, 4-5" Pancakes
