Summer Berry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
1 500g container plain, low fat, Greek style yogurt (greek yogurt is thicker, and has more probiotics)1 cup Blackberries preferably just picked (frozen is also good)1 cup Frozen blueberries, unsweetened1/2 cup Frozen seedless grapesLiquid vanilla flavoured Stevia to taste
Directions
Drain as much whey from the yogurt as you can. Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding just enough stevia to sweeten to your tastes. you can stop here and have 4 large smoothies but if you want frozen yogurt, pour the contents of the blender into your icecream machine and let run until the icecream is mostly frozen. serve in ice cream cones and store the remainder in a sealed container in the freezer. Makes 8 ice cream cones
