Lemon Juice - 0.50 lemon1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 150 gram(s) Avocados, raw, all commercial varieties Quinoa - 100 g
1.Cook washed (and soaked, if we have time) quinoa for 15 minutes in a ratio of 1: 2, let it soak up the remaining water for 5-10 minutes.
2.Cut avocado into cubes and pour it with lemon juice so it doesn't darken. Add diced cucumber and thinly-sliced onion. Add drained tuna and mix everything with quinoa. Season with black pepper, salt and olive oil.
