Bran Muffins with Flax and Raisins

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1/5 cup Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Baking Powder 1/3 cup Flax Seed - Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed 2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal 2/3 cup, packed Raisins 3 tbsp Best of the Egg Whites 100% egg whites 1/4 cup Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 1 1/3 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
1. Stir together flour, sugar, flax seed, baking powder and !/4 tsp salt. Set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's All-Bran cereal, mild and raisins. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into 12 muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 400*F about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Best when served warm.
