Ingredients
2 - Thomas' Whole Wheat Light English Muffins1/4- Cup Pizza Sauce (I use Contadina Pizza Squeeze.)1/3-Cup Weight Watchers Mexican Style Shredded Cheese2-Tblsp. of Green Peppers Chopped2-Tblsp. of Onion, Chopped.5-Tsp of Galic Powder1-Tblsp. of Oregano
Directions
Halve english muffins and toast in toaster.
Let cool
Spread Pizza Sauce equally over the 4 muffin halves.
Sprinkle Onion equally.
Sprinkle Peppers equally.
Sprinkle Cheese equally.
Sprinkle Garlic Powder equally.
Sprinkle Oregano equallly.

Place Pizzas on cookie sheet and place under broiler for 3-4 minutes. YUM!
