Homemade Chocolate Syrup

Ingredients
1 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
Mix all but vanilla, whisking constantly until it thickens and begins to simmer. Let cool and then add vanilla. Use any place you would a store bought chocolate syrup.
