.5 serving Turkey-Smoked Turkey Breast Lunchmeat (6 slices) 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 10 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato .25 oz *Dole Baby Spinach Leaves (by SITNPRETTY) 1.5 serving Kroger part skim Motzerella cheese (by RIVERDLC) .5 cup Great Value Light Greek Nonfat Yogurt Vanilla
Chop all ingredients
Whip eggs
Add Yogurt (or cottage cheese)
Spray pan with cooking spray
I used a 61/2 X 8 1/2 pan so adjust accordingly
Bake on 350 until toothpick test is clean
Serving Size: 6 - 3.5"x2.5" slices
