Fresh Strawberry Pie

Ingredients
1 Frozen 9" pie crust3/4 Cup Splenda2 TBS Cornstarch1 1/2 Cup Water1 Quart Strawberries1 3-Ounce Pkg Sugar Free Strawberry Jell-OFat Free Cool Whip
Directions
Bake the frozen pie crust according to directions.
Combine Splenda, Cornstarch & Water in saucepan; cook until clear & thickened. Add Jell-O; cool.
While cooling wash, halve or quarter berries; arrange in the baked pie crustl.
When Jell-O mixture is cool, pour over berries in pie crust and chill until firm.
Serve with 2 Tbs of Cool-Whip on top of each slice.

    Ok... finally a recipe close to what mine is! Now do you know that you don't even need to add the splenda and can reduce calories even further? Yummy pie... I usually only get 6 servings per pie though ;-)
