Quick low-carb meat & marinara sauce

Ingredients
20 ounces (567 grams) Beef, Ground Grass Fed 15% fat,1/3 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 tsp Garlic, minced, jar, 3 1/4 cup (25.5 oz jar) Muir Glen Organic Portabello Mushroom Pasta Sauce 1/2 cup, raw Mushrooms, choppedAbout 2 tsp. Italian SeasoningAbout 2 Tbsp. dried parsley1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
Directions
Saute meat with onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink; add mushrooms.
Add salt, parsley, seasoning; stir well. Add Muir Gen sauce; stir well.
Simmer (lowish heat) at least an hour to blend flavors.
Serve over "zoodles" (zucchini noodles).

Serving Size: Six servings - ab out 1 cup each.
