4.75 oz Imitation Alaskan King Crab 10 serving Button Mushrooms - 1 large mushroom 4 tbsp Daisy Light Sour Cream 0.25 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
pre-heat oven 350 degrees
Pull Stems out of mushroom caps, finely chop
finely chop crabmeat, mix with the chopped mushrooms.
add bread crumb, parmesan, garlic, and sour cream.
mix together and heat in saucepan.
once blended and mixed together, stuff mushrooms
place on a baking sheet (spray with pam or grease it)
bake for 15-20 min or until brown.
Serving Size: 2 mushrooms
