5 large Onions, raw 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 2 tsp dry (6g) Mrs. Miller's Vegetable Flavored Soup Base 1 tsp Lawry's Garlic Salt w/coarse ground parsley 1 tsp Garlic powder 0.625 cup Galbani Mozzarella & Provolone Shredded Cheese w/whole milk 5/7/20 (Optional 2 tbsp melted on top)
Chop or slice onions, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Microwave for approximately 15 minutes on high or until onions are "translucent."
When ready to eat soup, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese on top, and broil for approx. 5 minutes until brown.
