chocolate espresso cheescake

1 pkg crushed chocolate wafers1/2 cup melted butter3 tbl espresso--------------------filling24 oz (2 pks) cream cheese (solid, not spreadable)1 cup sugar3 tbl flour3 egg yolks3 eggs1 cup whipping cream14 oz semisweet chocolate4 tbls espressotopping2 tbls sugar2 cups sour cream
Bake first ingredients in pan for 8 minutes at 350*. This is your crust.
mix up your filling in a food processor, or cream the cheese, add the sugar and start combining all the rest with it. Must be very smooth. Bake at 350* for one hour.
topping.
mix up the topping until it's veyr smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Pour evenly on top and bake for another 20 minutes at 350*.
