1/2 Cup, Coconut Flour, organic Viva Naturals 6 Eggs, Kirkland Signature Organic Brown Grade AA Large-At room temperature 1/4 Cup Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil, melted1 Cup-(12 scoops) Further Food Collagen Peptides 1/2 Cup Hemp Hearts, Manitoba Harvest Organic 1/4 cup Milk, SO Delicious Coconut Milk, unsweetened 6 scoops ketogenic collagen protein powder chocolate 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Sea Salt serving size 1 tsp (6 g) (by RURABE) 1 tsp Baking Powder
Mix the dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients, and mix with a wood spoon. Lightly spray muffin tin with non-stick coconut oil. Divide batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
