4 C cooked couscous1 large zucchini, diced1 large yellow squash, diced10 cherry tomatoes, sliced in 3's1.5 C feta crumbled1 C low fat italian dressing
Directions
microwave diced squashes 3 minutes.
mix all ingredients
serve warm or cold
