2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 2 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .25 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt 2 tbsp Maple Syrup .25 Cup Silk Oat Yeah oatmilk plain (March 2019) (by SEADRAGON) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Put bananas in mixer and mash until there are no lumps. Grind oats (use gf if desires). Mix oats, bp, salt, cin in separate container. Add maple syrup and pb to bananas and combine thoroughly. Mix in oatmilk and vanilla. When thoroughly mixed, add dries in increments. Spoon out heaping tablespoons and press down a little. If desired, top with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
