Ingredients
0.5 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened0.25 cup Milk, 1%2.0 dash Salt0.5 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
The night before: Chop up half an apple into bite size pieces. Add everything to your jar/sealable container. I like thick oats, so you may want to add more milk! The cinnamon and salt are really to taste, you could also use apple pie spice and salt. You can either mix everything with a spoon before you put it away, or you can close the container and give it a GOOD shake. Leave in the fridge overnight. In the Morning: You can eat this cold! To heat it up, remove the lid and stir. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, microwave for a minute. Tah dah!
