Banana Nutella Protein Muffins

1 banana1 scoop Vega Protein Powder, Vanilla1/2 cup all purpose flower1 egg3 tbsp vegetable oil1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 cup granulated sugar (can also use coconut sugar!)2 tbsp nutella
In a medium sized mixing bowl, mash the banana. Then stir in the egg, vanilla extract, nutella and oil until combined. Then add all at once the flour, protein powder, sugars, baking soda, and salt. Fold until combined.
Fill into prepared (oiled or lined with parchment) medium-sized muffin tray and bake at 325°F for 18-20 minutes.
