Homemade Instant Pot Vanilla Yogurt

Ingredients
1 52-oz bottle Fairlife 2% Milk (Ultra Filtered) 1 64-oz carton Simply Nature Organic 2% Milk1 32-oz bottle Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Vanilla Coffee Creamer 1/2 cup (1/2 container) Skyr (Aldi) Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Put all ingredients in the Instant Pot and whisk to mix thoroughly. Turn it on on the yogurt setting, medium heat, for 9 hours. When done incubating, transfer inner pot to the fridge for another 8 hours or so. (Ok to transfer to smaller containers before refrigerating, but try to do so as gently as possible.)
