1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, 1 egg, 1/3 C milk, 1 can of corn (drained)
Mix muffin mix per directions, add corn and mix. Let stand a few minutes then stir again. Place in greased muffin pan or cupcake cups. Bake until brown (15 to 20 minutes).
Makes 6 muffins.
