Bourbon Street Crack Chicken (slow cooker)

Ingredients
1 lb boneless chicken breast1/4 tsp Ginger, ground 1 tbsp cider or white vinegar2 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened 1/4 cup bourbon or Whiskey 1/2 cup water1/3 cup light brown sugar1/3 cup light low sodium soy sauce2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt 2 tbsp Cornstarch 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground) 2 tbsp Simply Heinz Ketchup 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Directions
Whisk all ingredients into a slow cooker. Add chicken and coat with mixture. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken. Serve over rice.
