Low carb Banana Bread

3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh .5 cup Almond Butter .25 cup Butter, salted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt
1. Mash the bananas in a stand mixer or with hand beaters. Make as smooth as possible.
2. Add almond butter and melted butter to the banana mixture and mash.
3. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until well combined.
4. Add all the dry ingredients to the bowl and mix the wets and dries together, stirring well.
5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
6. Cool for 10 minutes, then flip out of pan and continue to cool. Enjoy a slice warm if you'd like.
