Ingredients
1 serving 80/20 ground beef 1 pound) (by JGARYP) 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw .25 tsp Oregano, ground 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1.5 cup Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and 1/4 tsp Oregano .50 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 cup Boiled Potatoe (by CATEYEZ13) 1 bayleafsalt /pepper to taste
Directions
Take raw meat and blend in oinon. add oregano,salt pepper. form 18meat balls.in a 2 quart cooking pot. add water, the chopped tomatoes and bayleaf . addd meat balls and cook over medium heat. covered. when meat is fully stewed. remove bay leaf add rice and sliced potatoes. summer over low heat covered until potatoes are tender.
