Pork fajita mix

Ingredients
1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 tbsp Olive Oil 300 Carrots, raw 200 Onions, raw 150 Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.50 tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning 12 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 150 gram Red onion, raw 1 tsp Dried Chilli flakes 1 tbsp asda tomato puree 370 gram(s) Pork, steak, joint
Directions
Heat pan and oil.
Add salt, chilli and onions.
10 minutes.
Add finely sliced carrot - another 10 minutes.
Add stripped pork and sear.
Add stripped peppers.
Add tomato purée and seasoning and cook off for around 5 minutes.
Keep cooking, turning, until pork and veg cooked as desired.
Halve the cherry tomatoes in and turn for a few minutes.
Could chop in some fresh coriander.
