1 Serving(s) Olive oil cooking spray 4 oz Jenio ground turkey 90% lean 1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 0.5 tbsp Chili powder 0.25 tsp Garlic Salt 2 tbsp Great value black beans no salt 0.5 serving(s) Homemade salsa 2 tbsp Homemade guacamole 0.1 cup Lucerne Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Heat skillet sprayed with cooking oil on medium heat. Add ground turkey, onions, chili powder, and garlic salt. Cook stirring with a wooden spoon and breaking up any large pieces of ground turkey until cooked through,about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add stir in black beans and half the salsa. Carve out the flesh of an avocado while leaving a 1/4 inch border. ( Make your guacamole with the flesh). Fill the avocado shell with a 1/2 cup of the ground turkey filling. They will be full. Top with some of the guacamole and cheese. Add some chips on the side to go with the extra salsa and guacamole.
