Blue Zone Jalapeno Hummus

Ingredients
2 cans chickpeas (drained, water reserved, rinsed)1/3 cup tahini paste8 garlic cloves5 jalapeņos, seeded 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice or more to taste1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 1/2 tsp cumin3/4 tsp salt or more to taste
Directions
Rough chop jalapenos and place in small food processor with garlic. Process until small dice achieved. Heat olive oil in pan and saute jalapenos and garlic until fragrant. Place chickpeas, tahini past, garlic, jalapenos, lemon juice, cumin and salt in food processor. Process for several minutes, scraping down the sides when needed. Add reserved chickpea water to help thin out hummus if too thick.
